NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 10th April, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 157, in Volume B-13, Folio 1928/14373, File No. 1637, by our client, Samuel Katana Menza, of P.O. Box 351, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Samuel Iha Menza, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Samuel Iha Menza, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Samuel Katana Menza, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Samuel Katana Menza only.
