NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 23rd March, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 210, in Volume DI, Folio 255/4624, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Lucy Murugi Wanjiru King'ori, of P.O. Box 51661-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lucy Wanjiru King'ori, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Lucy Wanjiru King'ori, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lucy Murugi Wanjiru King'ori, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Lucy Murugi Wanjiru King'ori only.
