APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 85 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code, and sections 29 (1) and 30 (1) of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions Act, 2013, the Director of Public Prosecutions appoints— Philip Kipchirchir Murgor Taib Ali Taib Paul Kihara Muruthi advocates of the High Court of Kenya, being qualified private legal practitioners, to be public prosecutors for a period of two (2) years with effect from the 15th January, 2019.
