IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 3 (2) (a) of
the Kenya Yearbook, 2007, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and
Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya,
re-appoints—

to be the Chairperson of the Kenya Yearbook Board, for a period of
