APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 39 (2) of the
National Transport and Safety Authority Act, the Cabinet Sectretary
for Transport, Infrastructure, Housiqg, Urban Development and Public
Works appoints—
DICKSON WAWERU
to be the Chairperson of the Transort Licensing Appeals Board, for a
period of three (3) years, with effect from the 14th October, 2019.
