REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Miracle Revival Fellowship Pentecostal Church, of P.O. Box 38-80113, Mariakani in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as lessee from Municipal Council of Mombasa for a term of 99 years, from 1st July, 1990, subject to Annual Rent of Kshs. 834, of all that piece of land known as Plot No. MN/I/2573, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 22661/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
