WHEREAS Joseph Chege Maingi (ID/1013624), is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No., Thika/Municipality Block 32/4, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
