REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elizabeth Wangui Gahuitri (ID/5963320), of P.O. Box 1079-101000, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.072 hectares or therabout, registered as Marmanet North/Rumuruti Block 2/578 (Ndurumo), situate in Laikipia District and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said parcel of land thereof is lost or misplaced, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost/misplaced green card as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
