THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kangara Ndegwa alias Kangara s/o Ndegwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 93 acres or thereabout, known as Kirimukuyu/Gachuiro/536, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Karatina in succession cause no. 22 of 2000, ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to George Mwangi Kangara, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue a land title deed to the said George Mwangi Kangara, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Kangara Ndegwa alias Kangara s/o Ndegwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
