PURSUANT to the Supreme Court advisory opinion Reference No. 1 of 2015 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 88 THE CONSTITUTION OF KENYA THE COUNTY GOVERNMENTS ACT (No. 17 of 2012) COUNTY ASSEMBLY OF TURKANA STANDING ORDERS SPECIAL SITTING OF THE COUNTY ASSEMBLY PURSUANT to Standing Order Nos. 26 and 34 (4) of the Turkana County Assembly Standing Orders, it is notified for the information of the Members of the County Assembly of Turkana and the general public that the Assembly shall have a special sitting on Tuesday, 3rd December, 2019, as from 9.00 a.m., at the County Asseinbly Hall in Lodwar.
