PURSUANT to Standing Order No. 27 (4) of the County Assembly Standing Orders, it is notified for the Members of Kisumu County Assembly and the general public that the special sitting shall be held at Nyakoko Mixed Secondary School in Muhoroni Sub- County effective from Monday 9th to Wednesday 11th December, 2019, for purposes of transacting normal County Assembly business outside the Assembly Headquarters. Pursuant to our Standing Orders and the Speaker's Rules Nyakoko Secondary School shall therefore be the precincts of the Assembly during that period. Dated the 4th December, 2019. ELISHA J.
