APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 104 and 105 of
the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 and pursuant to the
resolution of the Inter-governmental Budget and Economic Council
(IBEC) meeting held on the 18th June, 2019, providing a framework
for the resolution of ineligible pendirig bills for County Governments;
the County Executive Committee Member for Finance and Economic
