ACT

PURSUANT to sections 37 and 41 of the Kiambu County Valuation and Rating Act, 2016, notice is given to the general information of the public that on the 1st January, 2020, a site value rate and contribution in lieu of rates shall be levied on a rateable property in the Kiambu County Valuation Roll, 2015. The rate struck of private property has been set at 0.15% of the unimproved site value and 0.15% of unimproved site value as contribution in lieu of rates for all public properties as per sections 35 and 40 (2) of the Kiambu County Valuation and Rating Act. The land rates and contribution in lieu of rates for the year 2020 are payable on or before the 31st March, 2020. Dated the 29th November, 2019.
