APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated the 15th October, 2018, I appointed Josephine Mwangi (Mrs), County Director for Co- operatives, Murang'a County, to be liquidator for Agip Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Limited (CS/2813) (in-liquidation) for a period not exceeding one (1) year, And whereas the said Josephine Mwangi (Mrs.) has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period, I now therefore extend the Liquidation period with effect from the 2nd December, 2019, for another period not exceeding one (1) year for the said Mrs. Josephine Mwangi to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative society limited.
