NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 7th October, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 314, in Volume B-13, Folio 1965/14729, File No. 1637, by our client, Maureen Amanda Lundgren, (guardian), of Fomminnesvagen, 7, 186, 32, Vallentuna, Sweden, on behalf of Annmarie Lundgren (a minor), formerly known as Annmarie Ayoo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Arinmarie Ayoo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Annmarie Lundgren, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Annmarie Lundgren only.
