NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 6th November, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 103, in Volume B-13, Folio 1967/14746, File No. 1637, by our client, Nancy Shivoko Magotsi, of P.O. Box 34090-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nancy Shivoko Kasimiri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nancy Shivoko Kasimiri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nancy Shivoko Magotsi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nancy Shivoko Magotsi only.
