REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ismail Ibrahim Rashid, of P.O. Box 31, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold of, all that piece of land known as No. Mombasa/Block XVV146-Flat No. 1, situate within Mombasa Municipality in the district of Montbata, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
