WHEREAS Ann Wanjiru Githaiga (ID/0454232), of P.O. Box 66- 00520, Ruai in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.648700 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered as title No. Nairobi/Block 118/1044, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sikty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
