THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilson Gacanja, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 20.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Ex-Lewa Settlement Scheme/7, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
