REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwaka Nellie Mwamburi Mwacheda, as the administrator of the estate of Peter Mwamburi Saul (deceased), of P.O. Box 1031, Wundanyi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0494 hectare or thereabouts, known as L. R. No. 12192/42,, situate in Wundanyi Township in the district of Taita Taveta, by virtue of a grant registered as I. R. N. 3673/1, and whereas KCB Bank Kenya Limited has ,executed an instrument of Discharge of Charge in favour of Mwaka Nellie Mwamburi Mwacheda, as the administrator of the estate of Peter Mwamburi Saul (deceased), and whereas an affidavit has been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said title deed registered as I. R. N. 3673/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of Discharge of Charge.
