THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Fridah•Wanyonyi, (2) Peter Simiyu Wekesa, (3) Bradley Wamalwa Kasili and (4) Derick Wanjala Kasili, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.15 hectare or thereabouts, known as No. East Bukusu/S. Kanduyi/6219, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Fridah Wanyonyi, (2) Peter Simiyu Wekesa, (3) Bradley Wamalwa Kasili and (4) Derick Wanjala Kasili has been reported as lost, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land tide deed and proceed with registration of a new land title deed.
