REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fredrick Wandabwa Muliro, is registered as proprietor df all that piece of land containing 6.81 hectares or thereabout, known as No. East Bukusu/N. Sangalo/719, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Fredrick Wandabwa Muliro, has been reported as lost, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of a new land title deed.
