REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Andrew Kioko Ngila, of P.O. Box 125-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.0418 hectare or thereabouts, known as 4773/UMN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the district of Mombasa, registered as C.R. 27941, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued therefore has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
