REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Harambee Co-operative Savings and Credit Society Limited, of P.O. Box 1, Voi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership of all that piece of land known as L. R. No. 1956/916, situate in. Taita Taveta in the district of Voi, registered as C. R. 29225, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
