REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Masitsa Muhadia (ID/1981222), of P.O. Box 6378-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that maisonette No. 154 on that piece of land containing 165 metres square, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered as Nairobi/Block 82/8759 (Maisonette No. 154), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
