DE-GAZETTMENT OF TITLE DEED THE thirty (30) days notice to surrender the land title deed was sent to Joseph Kiprobon through the Chief, Kemeloi Location, on the 4th January, 2019 and the land title deed No. Nandi/Koibarak "B"/1041, was not surrenflered. Other two reminders of fourteen (14) days each were again sent through Chief, Kemeloi Location, on 12th February, 2019 and 27th February, 2019 and no response has been received. Since the laid down procedures has been followed to notify him to surrender the land title deed, it is prudent to have the title degazetted Dated the 29th March, 2019. I. W.
