REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Suslia Akinyi Omolo, of P.O. Box 78, Mtihoroni in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 1.00 and 1.00 hectare or therebouts, situate in the district of Muhoroni, registered under title Nos. Kisumu/Tamu/974 and 975, respectively, and whereas the High Court at Kisumu in succession No. 366 of 2001 has ordered the rectification of the said registration, and whereas efforts made to recover the land title deed issued to Suslia Akinyi Omolo have been futile, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, Ushall proceed to rectify as per the court order and the land title deed previously issued shall be of no legal effect.
