REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Kimani Muturi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.12 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Karai/Gikambura/803, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Kikuyu in succession cause No. 368 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration to Patrick Kimani Muturi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to James Kimani Muturi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.' L. 19 and R. L. 7, and issue land title deed to Patrick Kimani Muturi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Kimani Muturi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
