REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Yapindet Malambu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.2 acres or thereabout, -situate in the district of Kajiado North, known as Ngong/Ngong/347, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Kajiado in succession cause No. 20 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration to Mariam Wangare Kassim (ID/1064389), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Yapindet Malambu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument R. L. 19 and R. L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Yapindet Malambu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 29th March, 2019.
