THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dismas Mutuang Madara, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.31 hectare or thereabouts, known as Siaya/Ojwando "A"/2634, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas as the land registrar established that the land title deed was acquired fraudulently, and, whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued there of by the land registrar to Peter Ochieng Opondo has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed issued to Peter Ochieng Opondo and revert it to the said Dismas Mutuang Madara, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Peter Ochieng Opondo, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
