REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Edwin Kirorei Busienei, of P.O. Box 1398, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.25 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nandi, known as Nandi/Ndalat/132, and whereas sufficient evidence has -been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, the land title deed issued earlier shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
