REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elijah Lopeytom Nyeris, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of West Pokot, known as West Pokot/Keringet "A"/2829, and whereas the environment and land court at Kitale in succession cause No. 179 of 2017, has issued an order to transfer this piece of land to Emmanuel Kapeltom Nangolesia, and whereas the said administrator has executed an application to be registered by transmission, and whereas the land title deed of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection bas been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed issued earlier to Elijah Lopeytom Nyeris, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. • Dated the 29th March, 2019.
