DISSOLUTION

PURSUANT to section 897 (3) of the Companies Act, it is notified that at the expiration of three (3) months from the date of this gazette, the names of the undermentioned companies shall unless cause is shown to the contrary be struck off the register of companies and the companies shall be dissolved. Any objection to the grant of the mining licence may be made in writing and addressed to the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Mining, P.O.Box 30009-00100, GPO, Nairobi, Kenya to reach him within forty two (42) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette and its publication in newspaper of wide circulation, whichever is later.
