ACT

NOTICE is issued pursuant to provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of Lorry Mercedes, KBR 075H, Minibus-Rosa, KAV 190P, Toyota Wish, KBP 730J and Nissan KBS 163F, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which have been lying at the premises of Shaluma Enterprises Limited, Nyali, located along Links Road, Mombasa within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges, auctioneers Costs and any other incidental charges plus cost of publishing this notice. Failure to which the said motor vehicles shall be sold off either by public auction or private treaty without any further reference to the owners in order to defy the storage charges, auctioneers costs and any other related charges in accordance with this Act, but should there be a shortfall the owners will be liable thereafter.
