NOTICE is given pursuant to provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to Daisy Sunkuli representing May Houes Limited, the owner of motor vehicle Reg. No. KBW 091W, Toyota Noah, which has been lying at the premises of K & S Investments Limited garage, Mombasa, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within twenty one (21) days from the date of this publication and upon payment of all storage charges, notice and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken. Failure to which the same shall be sold off either by public auction or private treaty by Kinyua & Co., Auctioneers Limited, P.O. Box 86393-80100, Mombasa, to defray the amount due and costs incurred and the balance if any, shall remain at the owners credit, but should there be a shortfall the owner shall be liable thereof.
