NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th June, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 167, in Volume B-13, Folio 1843/13540, File No. 1637, by our client, Rukia Alawi Husuni, formerly known as Rukia Mohamed Abbas, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rukia Mohamed Abbas and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rukia Alawi Husuni, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address her by her assumed name Rukia Alawi Husuni only.
