IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 16 (2) of the Science, Technology and Innovation Act, as read together with section 6 (1) (a) of the State Corporations Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, re- appoint— NAFTALI AGATA to be the Chairperson of the Board of the Kenya Medical Research Institute, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 21st October, 2019. IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (a) of the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Act, 2013, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, appoint— WILFRED CHACHA ROTICH to be the Chairperson of Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 16th October, 2019.
