APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 29 (1) (c) of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015, the acting Cabinet Secretary, the National Treasury and Planning, appoints— Rahab Robbie Chacha, Stephen Oundo, Joseph Gitari (Dr.), Phyllis Chepkemboi, Alfred Mumpasoi Keriolale, Nicholas Murutu, Ambrose Ngare, to be members of the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 16th October, 2019. Consequently, pursuant to section 182 (4), the appointment of members of the Review Board appointed under the repealed Public Procurement and Disposal Act, 2005, stands vacated.
