IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (1) (g) of the Energy Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Energy, appoints— MUTAHI KAGWE to be a member of the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 16th October, 2019.
