THE KENYA RAILWAYS CORPORATION ACT

APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (a) of
the Kenya Railways Corporation Act, the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry
of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development,
appoint—
MAJ. GEN. (RTD) PASTOR AWITA
to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kenya
Railways Corporation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from
the 18th October, 2019. The appointment of Michael G. Waweru* is
revoked.
