IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the Postal Corporation of Kenya Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communications and Technology, appoints— Esther Sagini, Eric Kipkemei Bett, to be members of the Board of the Postal Corporation of Kenya, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 18th October, 2019.
