IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (2) (e) and (h of the Youth Enterprise Development Fund Order, 2007, the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Youth and Gender Affairs, appoints— Susan Mambo (Dr.), Mugendi Birundi (Dr.), Catherine M. Kasimu, Amos M. Isoe to be members of the Youth Enterprise Development Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 16th October, 2019. Dated the 16th October, 2019.
