IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (j) of the Lake Basin Development Authority Act, the Cabinet Secretary for East African Community and Regional Development appoints— GEORGE OUMA OPIYO to be a member of the Lake Basin Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 21st October, 2019.
