IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (2) and Para. 1 (1) (d) and (e) of the Schedule to the Kenya National Library Services Board Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Sports, Culture and the Arts appoints— Anne Wangari Wachira Samson Ojiayo Daoud Tari Abkula Benson N.
