pursuant to the chief registrar’s direction under the said section, the title deed No. Kisumu/West Agoro/1376 issued to Mathew Odhiambo Ope in the district of Nyando, and whereas efforts have been made to have the same returned for purpose of rectification of register without success, notice is given that at the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the said title deed shall be deemed cancelled unless legally objected to within that period.
