REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Kedogo, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.10 hectares or thereabout, situate in Sabatia District, registered under title No. North Maragoli/Gavudia/132, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
