THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Augustine Kakuko, of P.O. Box 340, Kapenguria in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all piece of land known as West Pokot/Chepareria/2119, situate in West Pokot District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect of the said parcel of land has been lost/destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost/missing land register, as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
