WHEREAS Koneyio ene Parkeneti (ID/0498370), of P.O. Box 81– 00209, Loitokitok in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Loitokitok/Kimana-Tikondo/2749, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card opened thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a 2nd edition of the green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
