THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS (1) Balbir Kaur Juttla, (2) Charanpal Singh Bharij, (3)
Jaspal Singh Bharij, (4) Arwin Singh Bharaj and (5) Westbeam
Limited, all of P.O. Box 15079–00509, Nairobi in the Republic of
Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing
10.01 acres and thereabout, known as L.R. No. 1160/144 (Original
1160/3/8), situate East of Ngong Township in Kiambu District, by
virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 10139/1, and whereas a
deed of partition has been executed by the registered owners and
booked under Day book numbers 1991 to 1998 of September, 2019,
and whereas an affidavit has been filed under section 31 of the Act to
support that the said certificate registered as No. I.R. 10139/1 is not
available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of
seven (7) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has
been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the
production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of
the said deed of partition.
