REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Benard Nyaga Njeru, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kagaari/Kigaa/9413, situate in the district 11th October, 2019 THE KENYA GAZETTE of Embu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in its civil suit no. 190 of 2016, has ordered that Kagaari/Kigaa/9413 be registered in the name of Salesio Mugane Kinyua (ID/30405622), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued to Benard Nyaga Njeru in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed with the registration of the said parcel of land and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Benard Nyaga Njeru, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
